How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for optimal availability. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines—just reach out and we will do our best to make it work.
What space do you need at our venue?
We typically need a 10x10 foot area minimum, access to power, and a nearby water source. We will work with your space constraints and can adapt to most venues.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Setup takes 1-2 hours depending on the package size. Breakdown is typically 30-45 minutes. We always leave your space clean and ready for the next day.
Do you travel outside of Massachusetts?
Yes! We serve clients in MA and Northern CT. Travel fees apply for events outside of the Greater Springfield area, and we will include those in your proposal.
